➔ Send introductory email with pertinent details and documents to other agent, lender and title company


➔ Confirm earnest money and option fee receipt


➔ Track contract deadlines and provide reminders to you and your client through to closing


➔ Schedule or confirm inspection(s) are scheduled and coordinate with listing agent and client


➔ Confirm appraisal has been ordered; follow up with lender to confirm it has been received and reviewed within financing deadline (buyer)  and the value met sales price (seller)


➔ Confirm and coordinate repair scheduling as needed; request receipts for repairs and provide to buyer’s agent for their verification


➔ Confirm home warranty coverage preference and coordinate order with title company (buyer)


➔ Verify all documents have been submitted to and approved by your brokerage


➔ Confirm title company has received your commission authorization from your broker


➔ Follow up with title company for final closing disclosure


➔ Coordinate the final walk through and signing appointment; send your client final closing reminders, including scheduling utilities transfer


➔ Follow up with title company to confirm property has closed and funded; request final closing documentation and confirm commission disbursement
