Work life gets hectic and it's hard to set aside time to structure your business. These things will make managing your daily business so much easier! 1️⃣ - Create form templates : Easily create templates in your preferred form service (ie: Dotloop or Zipforms) for each main type of transaction (seller/buyer), add the forms you use consistently (or that your broker requires), fill in the information that rarely changes, and you're set! Next time you set up a file, simply apply the template, and all of these forms and details are added for you. 2️⃣ - Create email templates: We send certain information over and over (timelines, title contact info) - so why reinvent the wheel?
