melissa wright
OWNER and MANAGER
Born and raised in Washington state, Melissa got into real estate by chance in 1998 through her sister, first working as office staff, then as web manager in the corporate office role and settling in as a licensed assistant for a luxury Realtor.
After relocating to The Woodlands, Texas in 2012, Melissa worked as a licensed assistant for the Realtor that helped her purchase her home. Other agents often asked if she ever worked with any other agents, and in 2017, with the encouragement of her husband Jeremy, she started closHUB to support those agents who didn’t need a full-time assistant but had their hands full trying to juggle clients and appointments with their personal life.
Melissa loves both the cultural and geographical diversity Texas offers, enjoying the up-and-coming music scene and multitude of local restaurants. If it's above 80 degrees and she's not working, you can find her on lake Conroe with her husband, off on a beach or an island adventure.
bryan johnson
Bryan supports our agents in Washington State. He has spent a number of years in pastoral ministry and as well as the past few years as a Realtor. His ministry people skills partnered with his hands-on agent experience make navigating the various moments through a transaction a breeze. He loves serving people and seeing successful transactions come together.
Bryan also loves his beautiful wife, and raising their boys together. They reside in the Greater Puget Sound area and enjoy gardening, spending time outdoors and their goofy pugs.

As a mom of five adult kids and Nonna to two, she understands the stressful moments of life. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful things you do, but with her on your side, you can rest assured that everything will go smoothly.

Jojo started working as a transaction coordinator in 2017 and enjoys most that it has provided her with the amazing opportunity to support amazing real estate agents and grow her business while still having plenty of quality time with her husband and daughter.
Jojo and her husband recently purchased their first home, and she can fully understand all the little details that your clients must handle to get into their new home. In her free time, Jojo is a dance instructor and enjoys sharing her passion for dance with all ages.
kat awtry
Kat originally studied veterinary medicine in Australia, but realized her true passion is real estate! She moved back to Houston, Texas in 2015, where she specialized in leasing management. In 2020 she transitioned to listing and transaction management in residential sales and strives to provide the best service possible.
Kat prides herself in connecting with each person in a transaction to support them through the emotional and sometimes stressful process of buying and selling a home. She is a proud mom to two beautiful little girls and calls Austin, Texas home.
